With training in Power Yoga, Mandala Flow and Prenatal, I discovered the power of yoga practice by following the lessons of Juliana Spicoluk, and I am constantly looking to evolve my practice.

With teachings of Livia Oliveira I am expanding my knowledge on the practice and theory of yoga and Hindu mythology. I am passionate about using the concepts of astrological transits, which I study with Rick Levine, and seasonal energy in the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. By creating the sequences that correspond to the different energy points in my practice, I help to move from one asana to another in a fluid way using breath. During my lessons I use Shamanic Drum sound and mantras to create a spiritual and devotional journey.

I currently live in Vietnam and do live classes on zoom in English and Italian, and work for CASA OPY - Yoga & Rituals (Florence,Italy)
